摘 要:为解决某矿4021作业面在过断层时综采效率低、巷道围岩变形量大等问题,结合井下地质条件,提出深孔爆破回采、注浆+锚索棚综合支护方案,对过断层施工及破碎顶板支护要点等进行分析。根据实际应用表明,深孔爆破能够实现对岩体的预裂,提高采煤机的破岩效率和安全性,注浆+锚索棚综合支护能够提升破碎区域的支护效率和可靠性,井下回采效率提升了31.4%,巷道顶板变形降低了67.4%,两帮变形量降低了72.6%,首次实现了过断层区域的高效回采和安全支护,为类似地质条件下的快速回采提供了参考。In order to solve the problems of low comprehensive mining efficiency and large deforma-tion of surrounding rock in the 4021 working face of a certain mine when crossing faults,combined with the geological conditions underground,a comprehensive support scheme of deep hole blasting mining,grouting and anchor-cable-shed is proposed.The key points of crossing faults and broken roof support are analyzed.According to practical applications,deep hole blasting can achieve pre-splitting of rock masses,improving the rock breaking efficiency and safety of coal mining machines.The comprehensive support of grouting and anchor-cable-shed can improve the support efficiency and reliability of the fractured area.The underground mining efficiency has been improved by 31.4%,the deformation at the top of the roadway has been reduced by 67.4%,and the deformation of the two sides has been reduced by 72.6%.For the first time,efficient min-ing and safe support have been achieved in fault areas,providing reference for rapid mining under similar geological conditions.
