摘 要:裕兴煤矿15208工作面回采期间受集中应力影响,工作面超前应力段回风顺槽顶板出现断裂、冒落等现象,导致回风顺槽应力区变形、收敛严重,为了保障后期工作面安全快速回采,从煤层结构、地质构造、采空区以及支护方式等方面分析了回风顺槽冒落机理,并根据回采现状,对冒落区采取人工假顶支护,对冒落区附近围岩采取“注浆加固+水力膨胀锚杆+π型棚支护”联合支护。通过现场实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护后,后期回采中未出现顶板冒落现象,顶板下沉量减小至0.14 m,底鼓量减小至0.27 m,两帮收缩量减小至0.37 m,取得了显著应用成效。Due to the phenomenon of fracture and leakage in the roof of the return air channel in the advance stress section of the working face during the mining of 15208 face in Yuxing Coal Mine,the stress area of the return air channel is deformed and convergent seriously.In order to ensure the safe and rapid min-ing of the working face in the later period,the leakage mechanism of the return air channel is analyzed from the aspects of coal seam structure,geological structure,goaf and support methods.According to the current mining situation,artificial false roof support is adopted for the leaky area,and the combined support of"grouting reinforcement+hydraulic expansion anchor+π-type shed support"is adopted for the surround-ing rock.According to the actual application effect,after adopting the combined support,no roof leakage oc-curs in the late mining,the roof subsidence is reduced to 0.14 m,the floor heave is reduced to 0.27 m,and the two-side shrinkage is reduced to 0.37 m,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
