摘 要:为研究喷淋系统作用下掘进工作面火灾温度场的分布规律,通过数值模拟分析无喷淋系统作用下烟气的温度分布和运动速度,研究喷淋系统对掘进巷道温度场的影响。研究得出,随着火灾发展,无喷淋系统下掘进工作面高温烟流的运动可细分为循环涡流、涡状高温、斜线高温、斜线高温与循环涡流混合4个形态和阶段;在靠近火源区域,水喷淋柔性屏障的介入引发烟气显著聚集,进一步导致高温区域扩大和烟气浓度加剧,在远离火源的高温区域显著收缩。对火灾不同发展阶段下喷淋系统的效能机理与降温效果进行对比分析,表明开启喷淋系统对风筒同侧纵向位置具有显著的降温效果。In order to study the distribution law of fire temperature field in excavation roadway under the action of spray system,the temperature distribution and movement velocity of flue gas without the action of spray system were analyzed by numerical simulation,and the influence of spray system on the tempera-ture field of driving roadway was studied.The results show that with the development of fire,the movement of high temperature flue gas flow in the driving roadway without spray system can be subdivided into four forms and stages:circulating vortex,vortex high temperature,oblique high temperature,and oblique high temperature mixed with circulating vortex.In the area close to the fire source,the intervention of the water spray flexible barrier leads to the significant accumulation of flue gas,which further leads to the expansion of the high temperature area and the intensification of the smoke concentration,and the high temperature ar-ea shrinks significantly in the area away from the fire source.The efficiency mechanism and cooling effect of the sprinkler system under different fire development stages are compared and analyzed.The results show that the opening of the sprinkler system has a significant cooling effect on the longitudinal position of the same side of the air duct.
