摘 要:为了开发利用安徽钟九铁矿石,在对钟九铁矿石性质分析的基础上进行了原矿(-12 mm)粗粒湿式磁选抛废—阶段磨矿阶段磁选与原矿(-12 mm)粗粒湿式磁选抛废磨矿—弱磁选—精矿筛分—分粒级再选试验流程对比。结果表明:矿石铁品位为34.01%,硫含量为1.01%;矿石中铁主要以磁铁矿形式存在,分布率达85.65%;矿石脉石矿物主要为碳酸盐类矿物方解石和氧化物石英;常规阶段磨选流程与一段磨矿—弱磁选—精矿筛分—分粒级分选流程选别指标非常接近,根据选厂实际,推荐采用常规阶段磨选流程,可以获得铁品位大于65%、硫含量小于0.1%的优质铁精矿。研究结果为该铁矿石的选矿工艺的确定提供了依据。In order to develop and utilize Zhongjiu iron ore in Anhui,based on the analysis of the properties of Zhongjiu iron ore,the raw ore(-12 mm)coarse-grained wet magnetic separation discarding-stage grinding stage magnetic separation and the raw ore(-12 mm)coarse-grained wet magnetic separation discarding-grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-concentrate screening-size fraction separation test process are compared.The results show that the iron grade of the ore is 34.01%,and the sulfur content is 1.01%.The iron in the ore mainly exists in the form of magnetite,and the distribution rate is 85.65%.Gangue minerals are mainly carbonate minerals calcite and oxide quartz.The conventional stage grinding process is very close to the one stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-concentrate screening-size fraction separation test process.According to the actual situation of the plant,the conventional stage grinding process is recommended to obtain high-quality iron concentrate with iron grade greater than 65%and sulfur content less than 0.1%.The research results provide basis for the determination of the beneficia-tion process of the iron ore.
