摘 要:为提高内蒙古某铜钼矿选矿厂钼精矿的钼品位和金属回收率,以铜钼混合精矿为研究对象,在工艺矿物学分析的基础上进行了铜钼分离浮选试验。铜钼混合精矿可回收元素主要为钼和铜,品位分别为5.65%和1.47%,钼主要以硫化钼形式存在,分布率为97.70%;铜主要以黄铜矿形式存在,分布率为98.91%。在磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占84.6%的条件下,以水玻璃为分散剂、巯基乙酸钠为抑制剂,经4次精选、2次精扫选,最终可获得钼品位50.58%、回收率98.25%的钼精矿,钼精矿铜品位0.41%,精矿质量满足产品要求,技术效益和经济效益显著。In order to improve the molybdenum grade and metal recovery of molybdenum concentrate in a copper-molybdenum ore dressing plant in Inner Mongolia,the copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate is taken as the research object,and the copper-molybdenum separation flotation test is carried out on the ba-sis of process mineralogy analysis.The recoverable elements of copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate are mainly molybdenum and copper,with grade of 5.65%and 1.47%,respectively.Molybdenum mainly exists in the form of molybdenum sulfide,with a distribution rate of 97.70%.Copper mainly exists in the form of chal-copyrite,with a distribution rate of 98.91%.Under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.045 mm 84.6%,with sodium silicate as dispersant and sodium thioglycolate as inhibitor,molybdenum concentrate with mo-lybdenum grade of 50.58%and recovery rate of 98.25%can be obtained after four times of cleaning and two times of scavenging.The copper grade of molybdenum concentrate is 0.41%.The quality of concentrate meets the requirements of products,and the technical and economic benefits are remarkable.
