摘 要:攀西地区某钒钛磁铁矿TFe品位28.20%、TiO_(2)品位13.14%,为经济高效开发利用该矿石资源,在研究矿石性质的基础上确定了原矿高压辊磨—磁选预选—阶段磨矿阶段弱磁选铁—选铁尾矿再磨—强磁富集—浮选选钛的工艺方案,获得了铁精矿TFe品位和回收率分别为62.49%和31.05%,钛精矿TiO_(2)品位和回收率分别为46.38%和21.53%的选别指标。研究结果为矿石中铁、钛资源回收提供了选矿技术依据,可以为类似矿石的开发利用提供技术参考。A vanadium titanium magnetite ore in Western Panzhihua region has TFe grade of 28.20%and TiO_(2) grade of 13.14%.In order to economically and effectively develop and utilize this ore resource,based on the study of ore properties,the process scheme of high-pressure roller grinding of raw ore,magnet-ic pre-separation,stage grinding,LIMS of iron,regrinding of iron tailings,HIMS enrichment,and flota-tion of titanium is determined.Finally,the separation indicators of iron concentrate with TFe grade and re-covery rate of 62.49%and 31.05%,titanium concentrate with TiO_(2) grade and recovery rate of 46.38%and 21.53%,respectively,are obtained.The research results provide a mineral processing technology basis for the recovery of iron and titanium resources from the ore and technical reference for the development and uti-lization of similar ore.
