摘 要:山东某金矿中金矿物主要与黄铁矿连生,且嵌布粒度较细。因此,黄铁矿成为主要的回收矿物。由于开采量的不断增大,用于分层回填采区的尾砂充填料不可避免地被开采而出,随矿石一同进入浮选体系。充填料主要由钙的各类化合物组成,严重恶化了黄铁矿的浮选环境,致使含金矿物的回收率下降。针对此矿石的性质特点,通过添加不同类型的活化剂以强化黄铁矿的回收。结果表明,相较于盐类活化剂(硫酸铵、碳酸氢铵、硫酸铜),采用酸类活化剂(硫酸、草酸)能够更有效地提升黄铁矿的回收率,尤其是将草酸作为活化剂时,经1粗2精2扫的工艺流程,能够将含有尾砂充填料的原矿,通过浮选富集出Au品位为72.31 g/t、回收率达93.54%的金精矿,选矿指标可恢复至未添加充填料时的状况,实现了金矿物的高效回收。In a gold mine located in Shandong Province,the gold mineral is predominantly associat-ed with pyrite and is finely embedded.Consequently,pyrite emerges as the principal useful mineral.As a result of the continuous increase in mining volume,tailings used for stratified backfilling of the mining ar-ea are inevitably extracted alongside the ores and subsequently enter the flotation system.It mainly com-prises calcium compounds,which significantly deteriorate the flotation environment for pyrite,leading to a decrease in the recovery rate of gold minerals.In light of the characteristics of this ore,various types of ac-tivators were added to enhance the recovery of pyrite.The research findings indicate that compared with salt-type activators(ammonium sulfate,ammonium bicarbonate,copper sulfate),acid-type activators(sulfuric acid,oxalic acid)can enhance the recovery of pyrite more effectively,particularly when oxalic acid is employed as the activator.After a process consisting of one-stage coarse flotation,two-stage rough-ing,and two-stage scavenging,the gold-containing tailings backfill material can be enriched to a gold concentrate with an Au grade of 72.31 g/t and a recovery rate of 93.54%.The flotation indicators are essen-tially restored to the state before the addition of the backfill material,thereby achieving efficient recovery of gold minerals.
