摘 要:非洲某锂矿石原矿Li_(2)O品位1.50%,矿石中的有价锂矿物主要是锂辉石、锂云母。锂辉石主要呈单体分布,部分与长石、石英、锂云母等连生,嵌布粒度较粗,锂云母主要呈叶片状或鳞片状集合体分布。针对矿石性质,进行了详细的系统试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占60%时,以YM-25为捕收剂,采用1粗1精1扫流程选锂云母,得到品位2.62%、回收率31.58%的锂云母精矿。对于锂云母浮选尾矿,以碳酸钠为调整剂、NaOH为活化剂、Li26为捕收剂,采用1粗3精2扫流程选锂辉石,得到品位5.20%、回收率57.57%的锂辉石精矿。2种产品均达到了锂云母、锂辉石的精矿质量标准,锂的总回收率达到89.15%,回收率效果较好。The lithium raw ore in Africa has a Li_(2)O grade of 1.50%.The valuable lithium minerals in the ore are mainly spodumene and lepidolite.Spodumene is mainly distributed in monomer,and part of it is connected with feldspar,quartz,lepidolite and so on.The embedded particle size is coarse.Lepidolite is mainly distributed in leaf-like or scale-like aggregates.In view of the ore properties,a detailed systematic experimental study is carried out.The results show that when the grinding fineness is 60%of-0.074 mm,le-pidolite concentrate with grade of 2.62%and recovery of 31.58%is obtained by using YM-25 as collector,via one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging process.The spodumene concentrate with grade of 5.20%and recovery of 57.57%is obtained by using sodium carbonate as regulator,NaOH as activator and Li26 as collector on the flotation tailings of lepidolite by one roughing,three cleaning and two scavenging process.Both products have reached the concentrate quality standards of lepidolite and spodumene,and the total recovery rate of lithium reached 89.15%,the recovery index is good.
