摘 要:为了更好地选别回收内蒙古某铜银多金属硫化矿石,对其进行了工艺矿物学性质研究。结果表明,矿石中铜、银品位分别为0.26%、122.2 g/t,可回收的有用矿物主要为铜矿物,银可作为伴生元素进行回收。矿石中铜主要为黝铜矿、黄铜矿、黝锡矿等,相互之间共生嵌布并形成不规则片状,矿物之间嵌布粒度粗细不均;铜主要赋存在黝铜矿中,分布率为39.96%;元素银主要赋存在黝铜矿和黄铜矿中。根据工艺矿物学研究结果,黝铜矿是回收主要目的矿物。由于方铅矿易浮,大部分方铅矿会进入铜精矿中从而影响最终精矿品位,因此后续建议采用浮铜银抑铅浮选工艺。In order to better recover a copper-silver polymetallic ore in Inner Mongolia,the process mineralogy and ore properties of the ore were studied,and the mineral composition,dissemination charac-teristics and occurrence state of the main minerals were found out.The results show that the grade of copper and silver in the ore is 0.26%and 122.2 g/t,respectively.The recoverable useful minerals are mainly cop-per minerals,and silver is recovered as an associated element.The copper in the ore is mainly tetrahedrite,chalcopyrite,tetrahedrite,etc.,which are symbiotically embedded with each other and form irregular flakes,and the size of the embedded particles between the minerals is uneven.Elemental copper mainly oc-curs in tetrahedrite,with a distribution rate of 39.96%.The element silver mainly occurs in tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite.According to the results of process mineralogy research,tetrahedrite is the main target mineral for recovery.Due to the easy flotation of galena,most of galena will enter into the copper concentrate and af-fect the final concentrate grade.Therefore,it is suggested to adopt the flotation process of floating copper and silver to depress lead.
