摘 要:国外某含铜磁铁矿石Fe、Cu、S品位分别为58.37%,0.141%,2.48%,为给矿石开发利用提供参考,进行了先磁、先浮后磁流程对比试验,矿石不宜采用先磁选流程。采用先浮后磁流程,在一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量59.68%,以乙基黄药+丁基黄药为捕收剂,经1粗1精2扫铜硫混合浮选,混合浮选精矿再磨至-0.025 mm含量为91.51%,经1粗1精1扫铜硫分离浮选,获得的铜精矿铜品位为13.00%,回收率为86.02%;硫精矿硫品位为38.36%,回收率为69.57%;混合浮选尾矿在磁场强度为96 kA/m条件下弱磁选,获得的铁精矿铁品位为70.42%,回收率为91.62%。The grade of Fe,Cu and S in a foreign copper-bearing magnetite ore is 58.37%,0.141%and 2.48%,respectively.In order to provide reference for the development and utilization of the ore,the comparative tests of magnetic separation and flotation then magnetic separation are carried out.Magnetic separation prefercial process is not suitable for the ore.The flotation-magnetic process is adopted.With first stage grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounts for 59.68%,ethyl xanthate and butyl xanthate as collectors,after one roughing,one cleaning and two scavenging copper-sulfur mixed flotation,the mixed flotation con-centrate is reground to-0.025 mm accounts for 91.51%,after one roughing,one cleaning and one scaveng-ing copper-sulfur separation flotation,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 13.00%and recovery of 86.02%,the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 38.36%,and the recovery rate of 69.57%is obtained.The iron concentrate with iron grade of 70.42%and recovery of 91.62%is obtained by low intensity magnet-ic separation on mixed flotation tailings with magnetic field intensity of 96 kA/m.
