某选矿厂铜硫浮选低回收率的原因分析

摘  要:某选矿厂采用两段磨矿—三段磁选工艺获得铁精矿,选铁尾矿通过浮选回收铜和硫。铜硫浮选回收率偏低,未达到设计指标,为查明原因,开展了选铁尾矿工艺矿物学研究和浮选流程考察。结果表明,选铁尾矿铜品位较低,只有0.056%,铜主要存在于硫化物中,硫化物中铜占比为85.71%;硫品位为9.63%,硫主要以硫酸盐形式存在,硫化矿中硫分布率较低,占比31.88%。选铁尾矿采用铜硫混合浮选—分离浮选流程,获得硫精矿和铜精矿。硫浮选效果较差,大量硫损失在尾矿中,导致硫回收率较低。铜硫分离浮选效果较差,硫精矿中铜含量高,大量铜元素损失在硫精矿中,导致铜回收率偏低。一段磨矿分级控制不佳,导致分级溢流“跑粗”,部分黄铁矿未单体解离,需加强一段磨矿分级控制,避免旋流器“跑粗”。铜硫分离浮选可将石灰分段添加,分离精选1增加石灰加药点。另外需增强铜浮选捕收剂捕收能力,可采用新型高效铜浮选捕收剂,提高铜回收率。Iron concentrate is obtained by two-stage grinding-three-stage magnetic separation in a concentrator,copper and sulfur are recovered by flotation from iron tailings.The recovery rate of copper-sul-fur flotation is low and does not meet the design index.In order to find out the reason,the process mineralo-gy research and flotation process investigation of iron tailings are carried out.The results show that the cop-per grade of iron tailings is low,only 0.056%,which mainly exists in sulfide,and the proportion of copper in sulfide is 85.71%.The sulfur grade is 9.63%,mainly in the form of sulfate,and the sulfur distribution rate in sulfide ore is low,accounting for 31.88%.The copper-sulfur mixed flotation-separation flotation process is used to obtain sulfur concentrate and copper concentrate from iron tailings.The sulfur flotation effect is poor,and a large amount of sulfur is lost in the tailings,resulting in a low sulfur recovery rate.The flotation effect of copper-sulfur separation is poor.The copper content in the sulfur concentrate is high,and a large amount of copper is lost in the sulfur concentrate,resulting in a low copper recovery rate.The poor control of one-stage grinding and classification leads to the‘coarse run’of classification overflow,and some pyrite is not dissociated.It is necessary to strengthen the control of one-stage grinding and classification to avoid the‘coarse run’of cyclone.Copper-sulfur separation flotation can add lime in sections,and separation clean-ing 1 increases lime dosing point.In addition,it is necessary to enhance the collection capacity of copper flo-tation collectors,and new high-efficiency copper flotation collectors can be used to improve copper recovery.
