摘 要:为合理开发利用安徽某含硫铁矿石,利用化学多元素分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜、光学显微镜等手段,对矿石化学成分、矿物组成、结构构造、主要矿物嵌布特征等进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石中主要有用元素为铁,铁品位为39.55%,硫品位为0.51%。矿石中金属矿物以磁铁矿为主,其次是赤褐铁矿和碳酸铁;主要脉石矿物为碳酸盐类矿物、金云母、石英、长石等。矿石自然类型为碳酸盐型磁铁矿石和云母型磁铁矿石。矿石主要构造为块状构造、少量角砾状构造和浸染状构造;主要结构有粒状结构、斑状结构、浸染状结构、鳞片状结构、条带结构和网状结构等。有用矿物与脉石矿物相互嵌布,紧密共生,分选难度高;主要有用铁矿物磁铁矿和赤铁矿嵌布粒度较细,脉石矿物嵌布粒度总体比铁矿物粗。依据工艺矿物学研究结果,推荐采用原矿破碎(3~0 mm)—磁选—阶段磨矿(一、二段磨矿-0.076 mm分别占50%、95%)阶段磁选的工艺流程。In order to rationally develop and utilize a sulfur-bearing iron ore in Anhui Province,the chemical composition,mineral composition,structure and main mineral distribution characteristics of the ore are studied in detail by means of chemical multi-element analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy.The results show that the main useful element in the ore is iron,with iron grade of 39.55%and sulfur grade of 0.51%.The metal minerals in the ore are mainly magne-tite,followed by hematite-limonite and iron carbonate.The main gangue minerals are carbonate minerals,phlogopite,quartz,feldspar,etc.The natural types of ore are carbonate-type magnetite and mica-type mag-netite.The main structure of the ore is massive structure,a small amount of brecciated structure and dissem-inated structure;the main textures are granulartexture,spotted texture,disseminated texture,scaly tex-ture,strip texture and network texture.The useful minerals and gangue minerals are embedded in each oth-er,closely symbiotic,and to be separated is difficult;the main useful iron minerals magnetite and hematite are finely disseminated,and the disseminated particle size of gangue minerals is generally coarser than that of iron minerals.Based on the research results of process mineralogy,the process flow of raw ore crushing(3~0 mm)-magnetic separation-stage grinding(primary and secondary grinding-0.076 mm accounted for 50%and 95%respectively)-stage magnetic separation is recommended.
