摘 要:为提高柿竹园东波选矿厂铋硫分离浮选安全环保水平,针对铋硫分离过程使用氰化物的问题,进行了无氰新药剂YS替代氰化钠工艺研究。实验室试验结果表明:以活性炭为脱药剂,石灰为抑制剂,YS为抑制剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,乙硫氮为捕收剂,经1粗2精2扫铋硫分离浮选闭路流程,可获得品位32.47%、回收率92.96%的铋精矿。在实验室试验基础上开展了工业应用,获得了铋平均品位30.10%、平均回收率90.89%的生产指标。采用无氰新药剂YS可以在柿竹园东波选矿厂铋硫分离中替代氰化物。In order to improve the safety and environmental protection level of bismuth-sulfur separa-tion flotation in Shizhuyuan Dongbo concentrator,the process of replacing sodium cyanide with a new cya-nide-free reagent YS is studied in view of the use of cyanide in the bismuth-sulfur separation process.The laboratory test results show that the bismuth concentrate with grade of 32.47%and recovery of 92.96%can be obtained by closed-circuit flotation with activated carbon as de-reagent,lime as inhibitor,YS as inhibi-tor,sodium silicate as inhibitor and diethyldithiocarbamate as collector after one roughing,two cleaning,two scavenging bismuth-sulfur separation.The industrial application is carried out on the basis of laboratory test,the production index of bismuth with an average grade of 30.10%and an average recovery rate of 90.89%is obtained.The cyanide-free new reagent YS can replace cyanide in the separation of bismuth and sulfur in Shizhuyuan Dongbo concentrator.
