摘 要:某含锌铁矿石主要含铁矿物为磁铁矿,锌矿物以闪锌矿为主,原矿经先磁后浮选矿流程获得的铁精矿铁品位为63.12%,mFe品位为62.24%,锌品位为0.30%,锌含量较高,影响了铁精矿的质量和高炉炼铁工艺。考察了磨矿细度、磁场强度等条件对铁精矿降锌效果的影响。结果表明,随着磨矿细度的增加,铁精矿中的锌含量逐渐降低,铁品位逐渐提高;磁场强度的增加也有助于提高铁精矿的回收率和碱度,有利于高炉碱性渣的熔炼。当磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占83.60%、磁场强度为120 kA/m时,磁选精矿铁品位达到67.00%,锌含量降至0.094%,此外,对铁尾矿进行螺旋溜槽试验发现锌的回收率较低,因此不推荐进行回收。研究结果为含锌铁矿石的提铁降锌工艺提供了技术参考。The main iron-bearing mineral of a zinc-bearing iron ore is magnetite,and the zinc miner-al is mainly sphalerite.The iron concentrate with iron grade of 63.12%,mFe grade of 62.24%and zinc grade of 0.30%is obtained by the beneficiation process of magnetic separation and flotation.The zinc content is high,which affects the quality of iron concentrate and the process of blast furnace ironmaking.The effects of grinding fineness,magnetic field strength and other conditions on the zinc reduction effect of iron concen-trate are investigated.The results show that with the increase of grinding fineness,the zinc content in iron concentrate decreases gradually,and the iron grade increases gradually.The increase of magnetic field in-tensity also helps to improve the recovery rate and alkalinity of iron concentrate,which is conducive to the smelting of blast furnace alkaline slag.When the grinding fineness is-0.045 mm accounting for 83.60%and the magnetic field strength is 120 kA/m,the iron grade of magnetic separation concentrate reaches 67.00%,and the zinc content decreases to 0.094%.In addition,the spiral chute test of iron tailings shows that the re-covery rate of zinc is low,so it is not recommended for recovery.The research results provide a technical ref-erence for the process of iron extraction and zinc reduction of zinc-containing iron ore.
