摘  要:传统游动车张紧装置在工作时,出现张紧难度大、劳动作业强度高、自动化水平低等现象,导致张紧后的带式输送机因张紧不合格频繁出现跑偏、打滑、撕带等事故。为此,对传统张紧装置主要存在问题进行分析,并根据张紧现状,设计了1套具有重力感应的自动张紧系统。通过在5238巷带式输送机中的使用效果来看,优化后的张紧系统在对输送带张紧工作时,无需人工干预,张紧精度提高了25%,事故率降低至4%,设备维修费用减少了5.7万元,巷道掘进速度提高至8.4 m/d,取得了显著应用成效。During the tensioning process of the traditional travelling car tensioning device,there are many phenomena such as difficult tensioning,high labor intensity and low automation level,which lead to frequent accidents such as running off,slipping and tearing of the belt conveyor after tensioning due to un-qualified tensioning.Therefore,the main problems of the traditional tensioning device are analyzed.A set of automatic tensioning system with gravity sensing was designed according to the current tensioning situation.The optimized tensioning system was used in belt conveying in roadwang 5238.According to the field appli-cation effect,the tensioning accuracy was increased by 25%without manual intervention,the accident rate was reduced to 4%,and the equipment maintenance cost was reduced by 57000 yuan.The tunneling speed has been increased to 8.4 m/d,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
