摘 要:为探究钻孔摄像技术在露天矿钻孔爆破环节应用的可行性,以辽阳千山石灰岩露天矿为研究对象,采用TS-C1201H型钻孔成像分析仪对矿区东侧198平台实施钻孔窥视作业,从窥视效果、作业效率、人力投入3个方面进行应用情况分析。结果表明,窥视图像能直观反映岩体结构特征,但窥视效果受到排尘状况与炮孔静置时间的影响;窥孔时间与炮孔深度、孔内破碎程度相关,炮孔静置时间宜大于30 min,作业人数宜为2人;以深度18 m的炮孔为例,总作业时间可控制在20 min以内,可为露天矿待爆区的地质勘探提供一定的借鉴意义。In order to explore the feasibility of borehole camera technology applied in the drilling and blasting process of open-pit mine,the TS-C1201H borehole imaging analyzer is used to carry out drilling peeping operation on the 198 platform on the east side of the mining area of Qianshan Limestone open-pit mine in Liaoyang,and the application is analyzed from three perspectives:peeping effect,efficiency and manpower input.The results show that the peeping image can directly reflect the structural characteristics of the rock mass,but the peeping effect is affected by the dust discharge condition and the static time of the hole,and the peeping time is related to the depth of the hole and the degree of breakage in the hole.The static time of the hole should be more than 30 min,and the number of workers should be 2.Taking the hole with a depth of 18 m as an example,the total working time can be controlled within 20 min,it can provide a certain reference for the geological exploration of open pit mine waiting for explosion.
