摘 要:承德地区钒钛磁铁矿尾矿颗粒整体偏细,尾矿化学成分主要是SiO_(2)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、MgO、Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO、K_(2)O等,可提供建筑材料所需要的硅铝质成分,理论上可代替天然砂制备水泥浆体。以钒钛磁铁矿尾矿、封装后的PEG为原料制备建筑内墙保温砂浆,并探究了PEG的添加量对砂浆性能的影响。添加PEG后样品的抗折强度、抗压强度随添加量增加呈逐渐减小的趋势。PEG在样品中分布较为均匀,且可以很好地掺入水泥水化产物的裂缝和孔隙中,PEG、钒钛磁铁矿尾矿未与水泥发生反应,仍保持其原有的化学性质,PEG对样品热导率的降低发挥了重要作用,制备的样品具有优异的热渗出稳定性。复合材料的制备工艺较为简单,生产实用性强,在建筑内墙保温、建筑节能领域有非常大的应用潜力。The particles of whole vanadium titanomagnetite tailings in Chengde area are fine.The chemical composition of tailings is mainly SiO_(2),Fe_(2)O_(3),MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),CaO,K_(2)O,etc.,which can provide silicon and aluminum components needed for building materials.In theory,it can replace natural sand to prepare ce-ment paste.The thermal insulation mortar for building interior wall is prepared by using vanadium-titanium magnetite tailings and encapsulated PEG as raw materials,and the effect of PEG addition on the properties of mortar is investigated.The flexural strength and compressive strength of the samples after adding PEG gradually decreased with the increase of the addition amount.PEG is evenly distributed in the sample and can be well incorporated into the cracks and pores of cement hydration products.PEG and vanadium-titani-um magnetite tailings do not react with cement and still maintain their original chemical properties.PEG plays an important role in reducing the thermal conductivity of the sample,and the prepared sample has ex-cellent thermal exudation stability.The preparation process of composite materials is relatively simple,and the production is practical.It has great application potential in the field of building interior wall insulation and building energy conservation.
