摘  要:白象山选矿厂开展优化生产调试研究,对1段淘洗机并联选别和2段淘洗机串联选别调试进行对比分析。结果表明,2段淘洗串联工艺精矿-0.075 mm含量较原工艺降低1.92个百分点,总尾矿-0.075 mm含量较原工艺降低3.37个百分点。1段淘洗并联精矿-0.075 mm含量较原工艺降低2.84个百分点,总尾矿-0.075 mm含量较原工艺降低3.68个百分点,精矿、尾矿较原工艺细度均变粗。1段淘洗并联工艺与2段淘洗串联工艺精矿品位基本持平,回收率提高,选比降低,总尾矿全铁品位降低。通过优化组织生产后,总尾矿-0.075 mm粒级降低了3.37个百分点,-0.048 mm粒级降低了4.53个百分点。充填工序进砂浓度提高,充填体试块强度明显提高。Baixiangshan Concentrator carried out study on optimized production debugging,com-pared and analyzed the parallel sorting of one-stage elutriation machine and the series sorting of two-stage elutriation machine.The results show that the content of concentrate-0.075 mm in the two-stage elutria-tion series process is 1.92 percentage points lower than that in the original process,and the content of total tailings-0.075 mm is 3.37 percentage points lower than that in the original process.Compared with the original process,the content of-0.075 mm in one-stage washing parallel is reduced by 2.84 percentage points,the content of-0.075 mm in total tailings is reduced by 3.68 percentage points,and the fineness of concentrate and tailings is thicker than that of the original process.The concentrate grade of the one-stage elutriation parallel process and the two-stage elutriation series process is basically the same,the recovery rate is improved,the separation ratio is reduced,and the total iron grade of the total tailings is reduced.After optimizing organization production,the total tailings-0.075 mm particle size was reduced by 3.37 per-centage points,and the-0.048 mm particle size was reduced by 4.53 percentage points.The sand concen-tration in the filling process is increased,and the strength of the filling body test block is obviously improved.
