摘　　要：在工业实时控制中,精确测量浓度至关重要。超声波阻抗矿浆浓度计是一种采用超声波阻抗原理进行测量的浓度测量设备,通过测量矿浆的声阻抗变化来确定矿浆浓度,具有不受气泡影响、测量稳定、精度高等特点。浓度计的探测部分使用了具有优越耐磨性能的蓝宝石传感器,管段内衬也具有超强的耐磨、耐腐性能,因此其使用寿命长达10 a以上。在南京栖霞山铅锌矿现场应用情况表明,超声波阻抗矿浆浓度计可以准确、可靠地检测矿浆浓度,并且具有高稳定性和耐磨性,维修方便,能够创造显著的经济效益和社会效益,因此具有广阔的应用前景。Accurate measurement of concentration is very important in industrial real-time control.Ul-trasonic impedance slurry concentration meter is a kind of concentration measurement equipment based on the principle of ultrasonic impedance.It determines the concentration of slurry by measuring the change of acoustic impedance of slurry.It has the characteristics of not affected by bubbles,stable measurement and high precision.The sapphire sensor with superior wear resistance is used in the detection part of the concen-tration meter.The inner lining of the pipe section also has super wear resistance and corrosion resistance,so its service life is more than 10 years.The field application in Qixiashan Lead-Zinc Mine in Nanjing shows that the ultrasonic impedance slurry concentration meter can accurately and reliably detect the slurry con-centration,and has high stability and wear resistance,convenient maintenance,and can create significant economic and social benefits,so it has broad application prospects.
