新白马公司铁精矿输送管道除垢实践

摘　　要：新白马公司铁精矿输送管道投入运行后,管道运行压力逐年升高,为控制管道运行压力,适当降低了主泵泵速和管道输送浓度,但管道运行压力仍然超过设计运行压力,且管道流量和铁精矿输送量降低,管道输送能力大幅降低。对全线管道不同位置进行割管检查发现,管道内壁均有不同程度的结垢,且靠近泵站管道内壁结垢和点蚀情况越为严重,管道内壁结垢和点蚀是导致管道内壁表面粗糙度增加、管道运行压力增大、输送能力降低的主要原因。为此,采用机械清管技术对全长96 km的铁精矿输送管道进行了除垢,同时通过调整管道输送粒度和提高输送铁精矿TFe品位、管道输送浓度和隔膜泵泵速等措施,将铁精矿管道输送量从240 t/h提高至346 t/h,并使管道运行压力从21.5 MPa降低至20.5 MPa,大幅提高了管道输送能力和安全运行水平。After the iron concentrate transportation pipeline of Xinbaima Company was put into opera-tion,the pipeline operation pressure increased year by year.In order to control the pipeline operation pres-sure,the main pump speed and pipeline transportation concentration are reduced appropriately,but the pipeline operation pressure still exceeded the design operation pressure,and the pipeline flow and iron con-centrate transportation volume are reduced,and the pipeline transportation capacity is greatly reduced.It is found that there are different degrees of fouling on the inner wall of the pipeline,and the fouling and pitting corrosion on the inner wall of the pipeline near the pump station are more serious.The fouling and pitting cor-rosion on the inner wall of the pipeline are the main reasons for the increase of the surface roughness of the inner wall of the pipeline,the increase of the operating pressure of the pipeline and the decrease of the trans-portation capacity.For this reason,the mechanical pigging technology is used to remove the fouling of the 96 km long iron concentrate pipeline.At the same time,by adjusting the particle size of the pipeline transporta-tion and improving the TFe grade of the transported iron concentrate,the concentration of the pipeline trans-portation and the pump speed of the diaphragm pump,the transportation capacity of the iron concentrate pipeline is increased from 240 t/h to 346 t/h,and the pipeline operation pressure is reduced from 21.5 MPa to 20.5 MPa,which greatly improved the pipeline transportation capacity and safe operation level.
