带式输送机高效智能永磁直驱滚筒的应用

摘　　要：河北钢铁集团沙河中关铁矿有限公司原采用异步电机与减速机组合方式驱动的传统带式输送机,存在占地面积大、传动效率低、设备故障率高、维护工作量大、能耗高、成本较高等问题。为此,采用高效智能永磁直驱滚筒替代传统驱动方式。永磁直驱滚筒直接由滚筒驱动整个输送系统,实现了驱动装置无齿轮传动、无过渡连接、无机械磨损,进而提升了单皮带运行能力,设备功率因数、效率稳定,不会随设备负荷发生变化,延长了电气元件寿命,更重要的是智能永磁同步电动滚筒起动转矩高且恒定,可做到软起、软停、软冲击,减少了对胶带及皮带机整体结构的冲击,减少了维护费用。永磁直驱滚筒可以达到“料流量大、皮带快速运行,料流量小、皮带慢速运行”的节能效果,降低了矿用环境噪声,提高了使用安全性,有效改善了作业工人工作环境,减少了运行维护工作量,提高了设备可靠性,提高了胶带机传动效率。Hebei Iron and Steel Group Shahe Zhongguan Iron Mine Co.,Ltd.used the traditional belt conveyor driven by the combination of asynchronous motor and reducer,which has the problems of large ar-ea,low transmission efficiency,high equipment failure rate,large maintenance workload,high energy con-sumption and high cost.Therefore,high-efficiency intelligent permanent magnet direct drive drum is adopt-ed instead of traditional drive mode.The permanent magnet direct drive drum is directly driven by the drum to drive the whole conveying system,which realizes no gear transmission,no transition connection and no mechanical wear of the driving device,thus improves the operation ability of the single belt.The power fac-tor and efficiency of the equipment are stable,and will not change with the load of the equipment,prolongs the life of the electrical components.More importantly,the starting torque of the intelligent permanent mag-net synchronous electric drum is high and constant,which can achieve soft start,soft stop and soft impact,reduce the impact on the overall structure of the belt and belt conveyor,and reduce the maintenance cost.The permanent magnet direct drive drum can achieve the energy saving effect of'large material flow,fast belt running,small material flow,slow belt running'.It reduces the noise of mine environment,improves the safety of use,effectively improves the working environment of workers,reduces the workload of opera-tion and maintenance,improves the reliability of equipment,and improves the transmission efficiency of belt conveyor.
