摘  要:德兴铜矿陶瓷过滤机清洗剂清洗效率低,陶瓷板更换频繁,对生产效率影响大,且清洗剂含有有毒有害物质,对现场工人的健康造成了隐患。为此,对过滤机陶瓷板中的堵塞物进行了探究,并针对性研发出了一种新型绿色高效清洗剂JC-244。细微矿物颗粒在陶瓷板过滤机工作过程中进入陶瓷板内部,由于板内孔隙结构复杂且内表面凹凸不平,矿物颗粒容易滞留其中,无法及时溶解或被抽走,经过长时间积累后彻底失效。精矿由黄铁矿、绢云母、石英、辉钼矿、菱铁矿和黄铜矿等成分组成。其中黄铁矿(FeS_(2))约占98.13%,为硫精矿主要组成物。相较于原清洗剂,JC-244对堵塞物去除效果更优,实验室试验中较原药剂对FeS_(2)溶解能力提升了275%,且在矿山工业试验中较原药剂效果好。生物毒性试验结果表明,JC-244毒性极低,为矿山安全生产和提质增效提供了保障。The cleaning efficiency of cleaning agent for ceramic filter in Dexing Copper Mine is low,and the ceramic plate is replaced frequently,which has a great influence on the production efficiency,and the cleaning agent contains toxic and harmful substances,which poses a hidden danger to the health of workers on site.Therefore,the blockage in the ceramic plate of the filter is explored,and a new type of green and efficient cleaning agent JC-244 is developed.Fine mineral particles enter the interior of the ce-ramic plate during the working process of the ceramic plate filter.Due to the complex pore structure and un-even inner surface of the plate,the mineral particles are easy to stay in it and cannot be dissolved or re-moved in time.After a long period of accumulation,it leads to complete failure.The concentrate is com-posed of pyrite,sericite,quartz,molybdenite,siderite and chalcopyrite.Among them,pyrite(FeS_(2))ac-counts for about 98.13%,which is the main component of sulfur concentrate.Compared with the original cleaning agent,JC-244 has a better effect on the removal of blockages.In the laboratory test,the solubility of FeS_(2) is increased by 275%compared with the original agent,and better than the original reagent in the mine industrial test.The results of biological toxicity test showed that JC-244 had very low toxicity,which provided a guarantee for mine safety production and quality and efficiency improvement.
