摘　　要：目的探讨耳源性坏死梭杆菌感染脑膜炎的病因、临床表现、诊断依据和治疗原则,以期提高对该病原菌及疾病的认识。方法回顾性分析1例坏死梭杆菌致成人中耳炎并发脑膜炎患者的临床资料并复习相关文献进行总结。结果坏死梭杆菌所致脑膜炎感染进展较快,且坏死梭杆菌感染常规培养方式不易明确,病原微生物高通量测序是较好的检验方法,选择合适的治疗方法可有效改善预后。结论坏死梭杆菌临床上较少引发脑膜炎,尤其在成人群体中,进展迅速的非胆脂瘤型中耳炎的颅内并发症需要考虑该厌氧菌,及早干预,有利于避免病情进一步发展。Objective To investigate the etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment principles of meningitis caused by otogenic Fusobacterium necrophorum infection in order to improve the understanding of this pathogen and disease.Methods The clinical data of a case of adult otitis media complicated with meningitis caused by Fusobacterium necrosis were retrospectively analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed.Results The infection of Fusobacterium necrophorum meningitis developed rapidly,and the routine culture method of Fusobacterium necrophorum infection was not easy to be clear.mNGS was a better test method,and choosing the appropriate treatment method could effectively improve the prognosis.Conclusion Fusobacterium necrophorum is a rare cause of meningitis,especially in adults.This anaerobes should be considered in the intracranial complications of rapidly progressing non-cholesteatoma otitis media,and early intervention is beneficial to avoidfurther development of the disease.
