摘 要:抗生素一直是金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)感染的主要治疗方法。然而,由于出现了多种耐药性菌株,抗生素的疗效不再像过去那样明显。因此,研究人员开始探索非抗生素治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的方法,以寻找新的治疗途径。目前,非抗生素治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的方法包括免疫疗法、抗毒力因子疗法、光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,以下简称PDT)、中草药提取物疗法、噬菌体疗法。免疫疗法通过激活机体免疫系统或调节免疫反应,提高机体对金黄色葡萄球菌的抵抗力,从而抑制感染。光动力疗法利用光敏剂(photosensitizer,以下简称PS)、光和内源性分子氧来根除病原微生物,实现治疗效果。此外,对中草药提取物、金葡菌噬菌体的研究也有所进展。通过深入研究这些物质的机制和应用方式,有望实现非抗生素治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的突破。本文将简要介绍目前一些非抗生素治疗方法的进展。Antibiotics have always been the main treatment method for Staphylococcus aureus infection.However,with the emergence of a variety of drug-resistant strains,the efficacy of antibiotics is no longer as obvious as in the past.As a result,researchers have begun to explore non-antibiotic methods for treating Staphylococcus aureus infection in order to find new treatment approaches.Currently,immunotherapy,anti-virulence factor therapy,photodynamic therapy(PDT),Chinese herbal extract therapy,and phage therapy are all non-antibiotic ways to treat Staphylococcus aureus infections.Immunotherapy stimulates or regulates the immune system’s response to the body’s resistance to Staphylococcus aureus,thereby inhibiting infection.Photodynamic therapy uses photosensitizer(PS),light,and endogenous molecular oxygen to eradicate pathogenic microorganisms and achieve therapeutic effects.In addition,research on Chinese herbal extracts and S.aureus phage has progressed.By delving into the mechanisms and application methods of these substances,it is hoped that a breakthrough in the non-antibiotic treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection will be achieved.This article briefly introduced the progress of some non-antibiotic treatment methods.
