手术室流程化清单护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室流程化清单护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法:本次研究对象为2021年1月1日~2023年12月1日手术室接收的96例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和干预组各48例。对照组采用常规手术室护理措施,干预组则实施手术室流程化清单护理;比较两组手术相关指标、术中并发症发生率、住院时间及生存质量[采用中文版大肠癌患者生命质量测定量表FACT-C(V4.0)]。结果:干预组术中平均脉压、心率、体温高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),术中输液量、术中出血量、手术耗时、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组FACT-C(V4.0)中生理状况、情感状况、家庭/社会状况、关注情况、功能状况评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:手术室流程化清单护理有助于改善腹腔镜结直肠癌根治患者手术相关指标,降低术中并发症的发生率,缩短住院时间,提高患者生存质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of process checklist nursing in operating room on patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 96 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer from January 1,2021 to December 1,2023 were divided into the control group and the intervention group by the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The routine nursing measures in operating room was conducted in the control group,and the process checklist nursing care in operating room was implemented in the intervention group.The operation related indicators,the incidence of intraoperative complications,the length of hospital stay and the quality of life[FACT-C(V4.0)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The average intraoperative pulse pressure,heart rate and body temperature in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The intraoperative infusion volume,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and hospitalization time in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological status,emotional status,family/social status,attention status and functional status in FACT-C(V4.0)in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The process checklist nursing in operating room can improve the operation related indicators of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer,reduce the incidence of intraoperative complications,shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the quality of life of patients.
