基于需求满足理论的循证照护方案对口腔癌患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于需求满足理论的循证照护方案对口腔癌患者卫生习惯、心理状态、术后训练依从性的影响。方法:选取2022年7月1日~2023年7月1日收治的198例口腔癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各99例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于需求满足理论的循证照护方案;比较两组干预前后口腔清洁度、心理韧性[采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、自护能力[采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)],依从性。结果:干预后,观察组口腔清洁Ⅲ度、治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组CD-RISC、ESCA评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于需求满足理论的循证照护方案有助于帮助口腔癌患者形成良好口腔卫生习惯,提高患者心理弹性及术后训练依从性。Objective:To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing program based on need satisfaction theory on health habits,mental state and postoperative training compliance of patients with oral cancer.Methods:A total of 198 patients with oral cancer admitted from July 1,2022 to July 1,2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 99 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was provided evidence-based nursing program based on the need satisfaction theory.The oral cleanliness,mental toughness(CD-RISC),self-care ability(ESCA)and compliance were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the degreeⅢof oral cleanliness and treatment compliance in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CD-RISC and ESCA scores of the two groups were higher after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.01),and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing program based on the need satisfaction theory can help patients with oral cancer to form good oral health habits and improve their psychological resilience and postoperative training compliance.
