摘 要:我国农村民居多年来抗震性能普遍较差,为进一步掌握江苏村镇自建房的抗震设防现状,针对江苏省内多个城市中的18个村镇开展了民居抗震设防情况调查,其中详细调查了273栋典型的民居建筑。首先结合江苏地震背景,介绍了江苏地区民居的基本情况,抗震性能以及设防状况。然后根据调查资料,提出民居建造过程中的问题,分析民居抗震设防问题的成因。最后,说明已有民居抗震不佳结构的加固对策,并围绕江苏农村民居抗震性能的提高提出针对性建议。该研究可为防震减灾工作在农村地区的开展提供参考。The seismic performance of rural buildings is generally poor in our country,to further master the current situation of seismic fortification of rural buildings in the area of Jiangsu,we investigated rural buildings’seismic fortification in 18 villages across several cities in Jiangsu province,and 273 typical rural buildings were examined in detail.Firstly,with the seismic background of Jiangsu,this study introduces the basic conditions,seismic performance,and prevention status of rural buildings in the Jiangsu area.Then,based on the survey data,this paper highlights the problems of seismic construction in rural buildings and analyzes the reasons affecting the seismic prevention of rural houses.Finally,we describe the reinforcement measures for existing residential structures with poor seismic performance and propose effective measures for improving the seismic performance,which can serve as references for the development of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation efforts in rural areas.
