摘 要:针对制梁台座地基差异沉降有可能影响预制梁体制作质量的技术问题,依托实际工程,首先基于现场平板载荷试验明确了地基加固的必要性,然后结合拟采用的CFG桩地基加固措施,考虑梁体制作过程,并利用有限元软件PLAXIS计算分析了制梁台座下地基沉降量,最后提出控制台座不均匀沉降的相关技术措施。研究结果表明:梁体预应力未张拉时,制梁台座受均布荷载,此时台座底部地基土承担较多荷载,最大沉降出现在台座中间区域的下部地基中,两侧则相对较小,由于荷载均匀分布,上部结构变形较小;梁体预应力张拉后,梁体自重荷载开始向台座两侧端部集中,此时最大沉降出现在台座的两端,中间区域由于基本不受荷载作用,附加沉降较小,制梁台座产生不均匀沉降,如控制不利,将影响梁体制作质量。此研究方法与结论可为类似工程提供借鉴。Aiming at the technical problem that the differential settlement of foundation of girder making pedestal may affect the quality of prefabricated girder making,relying on the actual project,firstly,based on the on-site flat plate load test,the necessity of foundation reinforcement is clarified,and then,in combination with the proposed CFG pile foundation reinforcement measures,the process of girder making is considered and the foundation settlement under the girder making pedestal is calculated and analysed by using the finite element software PLAXIS,and finally the technical measures related to uneven settlement of the pedestal is put forward.Finally,the relevant technical measures for uneven settlement of the console are proposed.The results of the study show that:when the beam prestressing is not tensioned,the girder pedestal is subject to evenly distributed load,at this time,the foundation soil at the bottom of the pedestal bears more load,and the maximum settlement occurs in the lower foundation in the middle area of the pedestal,and the two sides are relatively small,and the deformation of the superstructure is relatively small due to the uniform distribution of load;after the girder pre-stressing is tensioned,the beam self-weight load begins to be concentrated to the ends of the pedestal,and at this time,the maximum settlement occurs in the ends of the pedestal,and the middle area is basically not loaded.The maximum settlement occurs at the two ends of the pedestal,and the additional settlement in the middle area is small because it is basically not subject to the load,and the girder pedestal produces uneven settlement,which will affect the quality of the girder body if it is unfavourably controlled.The research method and conclusion can provide reference for similar projects.
