摘　　要：三校一中心图书馆是成都市地标性建筑,整个异形公共建筑外立面呈现出内倾斜、大跨度、空间异形不规则曲面变化的特点。整体建筑造型新颖、构造独特且复杂,给图纸的深化设计、材料加工、现场施工带来了诸多的技术难题,通过分析项目特点及设计施工的重难点,明确项目的施工工艺流程,对关键工序进行重点把控,充分利用BIM技术、三维激光扫描技术及多项专利技术,成功解决了深化设计、材料加工、现场施工的技术难题,保证现场的施工质量与安全,呈现了完美的设计效果。As a landmark building in Chengdu,the facade of the entire special-shaped public building of the three schools and one central library presents the characteristics of internal inclination,large span,and irregular surface changes of spatial special-shaped.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the project and the major difficulties of design and construction,the construction process of the project is clarified,the key processes are controlled,and the BIM technology,three-dimensional laser scanning technology and a number of patented technologies are used to successfully solve the technical problems of deepening design,material processing and on-site construction,ensuring the quality and safety of on-site construction,and presenting a perfect design effect.
