富油RAP再生混合料配合比设计研究

摘  要:文中设计9种再生混合料,基于体积参数与力学指标,对再生混合料中旧料RAP掺量的合理性展开富油RAP再生混合料的配合比设计试验研究。试验结果表明:随旧料RAP总掺量和富油RAP利用率增大,再生混合料中旧沥青增多并发挥黏结作用,导致再生混合料的最佳油石比和稳定度显著增大,新添油石比和新沥青用量减少,表明掺加适量旧料RAP时可显著增强再生混合料的稳定性和柔韧性;与新拌混合料相比,RAP掺量从30%增至40%、从40%增至50%时,最佳油石比分别增大1.77%和1.17%,新添油石比减小8.71%和20.6%,且富油RAP掺量越大,新添加油石比越小。In order to analyse the mix design of the oil-rich RAP recycled mixture,9 kinds of recycled mixture were designed.Based on the volume parameter and mechanical index,the rationality of the RAP content of the old material in the recycled mixture was studied.The test results show that with the increase of the total RAP content of the old material and the utilization rate of oil-rich RAP,the old asphalt in the recycled mixture increases and plays a binding role,resulting in the optimal oil-to-stone ratio and stability increase significantly,and the newly added oil-stone ratio and the amount of new asphalt decrease,indicating that the addition of an appropriate amount of old material RAP can significantly enhance the stability and flexibility.Compared with the new mixture,when the RAP content increased from 30%to 40%and from 40%to 50%,the optimal oil stone ratio increased by 1.77%and 1.17%,and the newly added oil stone ratio decreased by 8.71%and 20.6%.
