摘  要:钢轨横移由水平位移和钢轨扭转组成,随不同垂向和横向力而变化,若超过一定范围会导致轮轨横向冲击角变大,轮轨踏面接触点上移,脱轨系数变大,直接影响行车安全性。通过在轨旁布设在线监测系统设备,对空载试运营、堆载试验及运营初期情况下特殊无枕式整体道床及长枕埋入式整体道床的钢轨动态横移进行大数据分析,并取两种轨道结构形式的横向刚度参数值进行钢轨轨头横移的理论计算,分析轨头横移的量值范围,为轨道交通维修管理提供参考。The lateral displacement of steel rails is composed of horizontal displacement and rail torsion,which vary with different vertical and lateral forces.If it exceeds a certain range,it will cause the lateral impact angle of the wheel rail to increase,the contact point of the wheel rail tread to move upward,and the derailment coefficient to increase,directly affecting the safety of driving.By deploying online monitoring system equipment on the trackside,big data analysis is conducted on the dynamic lateral movement of steel rails in special sleepless and long sleeper embedded integral trackbeds during no-load trial operation,pile load test,and initial operation.The lateral stiffness parameters of the two types of track structures are taken for theoretical calculation of the lateral movement of the rail head,and the range of the lateral movement of the rail head is analyzed to provide reference for the maintenance department of rail transit engineering.
