摘  要:随着城市地面可利用空间逐渐减少,交通拥堵问题日益突显,地铁建设已成为解决城市交通问题的主要手段之一,通过利用地下空间进行交通拓宽。管片作为地铁隧道的关键组成部分,一旦发生病害,将严重影响地铁线路的正常运行。因此,依托武汉地铁6号线项目,运用数值模拟方法研究了管片破损机理,并得出以下结论:衬砌背后的空洞是导致管片破损的常见原因,空洞的存在会导致管片外侧受拉应力超过其抗拉强度,尤其在拱顶和拱腰处,拉应力更为集中,导致混凝土破损更为严重,因此在运营过程中应予以重点关注;针对管片破损问题,提出了合理的处置措施,可有效延长管片的使用寿命。As urban ground space gradually diminishes,traffic congestion issues are becoming increasingly prominent.In recent years,with the rise of shield tunneling technology,metro construction has become one of the primary means to address urban transportation issues by expanding traffic routes underground.Segments,as a critical component of metro tunnels,once afflicted with defects,can severely impact the normal operation of metro lines.Therefore,relying on the Wuhan Metro Line 6 project,numerical simulation methods were used to study the mechanism of pipe segment damage,and the following conclusions were drawn:voids behind the lining are a common cause of segment damage;the presence of voids can result in tensile stresses on the outer side of the segment exceeding its tensile strength,particularly concentrated at the crown and haunch,leading to more severe concrete damage,thus warranting special attention during operation;rational measures for addressing segment damage are proposed to effectively prolong the service life of segments.
