摘  要:在山地特殊地形、城市复杂环境、江河涉水地段等条件下,大跨度跨河悬索桥金属结构安装环节中,普遍面临着大型机械无法进驻现场、材料及构件运输难度大、各类辅助技术措施投入大等情况,如何简化程序、提高效率、确保安全、控制成本,是桥梁工程建设的关键所在。依托浠水河生态综合整治工程——映水桥,研究总结出了以往复式缆索牵引系统、大体积构件缆索吊装系统和便捷式辅助紧固装置为主的双塔单跨地锚式悬索桥金属结构安装技术,验证了该金属结构安装施工技术的可靠性。Under the conditions of special terrain in mountainous areas,complex urban environments,river wading sections,etc.,in the installation of metal structures of large-span cross-river suspension bridges,it is generally faced with the inability of large machinery to enter the site,the difficulty of transporting materials and components,and the large investment in various auxiliary technical measures.Relying on the PPP+EPC general contracting project of Xishui River Ecological Comprehensive Improvement Project,the metal structure installation technology of the double-tower single-span ground-anchored suspension bridge based on the previous double-tower cable traction system,large-volume component cable hoisting system and convenient auxiliary fastening device was studied and summarized,and the reliability of the metal structure installation and construction technology was verified.
