摘 要:高速公路匝道桥的建设往往需跨越繁忙的地面主干路及现有桥梁,要求施工技术与质量控制达到较高标准,以最小化对交通的干扰。钢箱梁凭借其箱型截面的高抗弯刚度和高抗扭刚度,结合钢结构的高强度、轻质自重、易于质量保证以及短工期等优势,快速跨越原来已有的交通线路,明显降低了由于施工对公路运行带来的影响。文中从节段划分、临时支架的设计与架设、分段吊装顺序的精确确定,以及钢箱梁焊接与检测的严格流程深入阐述了钢箱梁施工工艺中的关键技术环节,并通过结构建模验证合理性,旨在为同类跨线钢箱梁桥的施工建设提供宝贵的参考与借鉴,推动该领域施工技术的不断进步与优化。The construction of highway ramp bridges often requires crossing busy ground main roads and existing bridges,which requires high standards of construction technology and quality control to minimize interference with traffic.Steel box girders,with their high flexural and torsional stiffness of the box section,combined with the advantages of high strength,lightweight weight,easy quality assurance,and short construction period of steel structures,can quickly cross existing transportation routes,significantly reducing the impact of construction on highway operations.This article delves into the key technical aspects of steel box girder construction technology,including segment division,design and erection of temporary supports,precise determination of segmental hoisting sequence,as well as the rigorous process of steel box girder welding and inspection.Structural modeling is also conducted to verify the rationality.The detailed explanation of these technologies aims to provide valuable reference and inspiration for the construction of similar cross line steel box girder bridges,and promote the continuous progress and optimization of construction technology in this field.
