市场采购有效促进城市出口贸易增长研究

摘　　要：为加快形成外贸新格局,创新外贸新业态—市场采购贸易方式,运用多期双重差分法研究市场采购贸易模式对试点城市出口贸易增长的影响,并重点分析其作用机制。研究发现,市场采购贸易显著地促进了出口贸易增长。通过分析、检验作用机制得出:市场采购贸易模式试点主要通过贸易便利化水平提升效应和经济集聚效应两个作用渠道促进出口贸易增长。本研究为我国众多具有市场产业集聚优势的地区利用市场采购发展出口贸易,进而为提升外贸水平提供借鉴。In order to accelerate the formation of a new pattern of foreign trade,innovate a new form of foreign trade-market procurement trade mode.The multi-period difference-indifference method is used to study the impact of market procurement trade pattern on the growth of export trade in pilot cities,and the mechanism of action is analyzed.The results show that market procurement trade significantly promotes the growth of export trade.Through the analysis and testing of the mechanism,it is concluded that the pilot of the market procurement trade model mainly promotes the growth of export trade through two channels:the improvement effect of trade facilitation level and the effect of economic agglomeration.This study provides a reference for many regions with the advantages of market industry agglomeration in China to use market procurement to develop export trade and improve the level of foreign trade.
