舞蹈疗法对精神分裂症病人康复疗效影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:通过Meta分析评价舞蹈疗法对精神分裂症病人的应用效果。方法:计算机检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、CINAHL、EMbase、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中运用舞蹈疗法干预精神分裂症病人的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2023年4月20日。根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,对纳入的文献进行方法学质量评价,提取相关资料,全程由2名研究人员独立完成,采用RevMan 5.3软件行Meta分析。结果:共纳入19篇文献,涉及1134例病人。Meta分析结果显示,舞蹈疗法能缓解精神分裂症病人的精神病性阳性症状[MD=-0.69,95%CI(-0.86,-0.52),P<0.01]、阴性症状[SMD=-0.67,95%CI(-1.14,-0.21),P<0.01]、一般精神病性症状[SMD=-0.89,95%CI(-1.31,-0.48),P<0.01];提高社会功能[SMD=1.10,95%CI(0.39,1.82),P<0.01]、自我效能[MD=4.94,95%CI(2.64,7.23),P<0.01];舞蹈疗法对精神分裂症病人的认知功能、运动功能、自尊的影响差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:现有证据显示,舞蹈疗法有助于缓解精神分裂症病人的精神病性症状、提高社会功能和自我效能,对其他方面的影响尚不明确,需要开展更多的研究进一步论证。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of dance therapy on schizophrenia patients through Meta⁃analysis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of using dance therapy to intervene schizophrenia patients were retrieved from PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CINAHL,EMbase,CNKI,WanFang Database,and CBM from the establishment of the database to April 20,2023.Literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the methodological quality of the included literature was evaluated.And relevant data were extracted.The whole process was completed independently by 2 researchers.The RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta⁃analysis.Results:A total of 19 articles were included,involving 1134 patients.Meta⁃analysis results showed that dance therapy could alleviate the positive symptoms of psychosis(MD=-0.69,95%CI-0.86⁃-0.52,P<0.01),negative symptoms(SMD=-0.67,95%CI-1.14⁃-0.21,P<0.01),and general psychotic symptoms(SMD=-0.89,95%CI-1.31⁃-0.48,P<0.01)in patients with schizophrenia;improve social function(SMD=1.10,95%CI 0.39⁃1.82,P<0.01)and self⁃efficacy(MD=4.94,95%CI 2.64⁃7.23,P<0.01).Dance therapy has significant effects on cognitive function,motor function,and self⁃esteem in patients with schizophrenia(P<0.05).Conclusions:The existing evidence shows that dance therapy can help to alleviate psychotic symptoms,improve social function,and improve self⁃efficacy in patients with schizophrenia.The effects of dance therapy on other aspects are still unclear.More research needs to be carried out for further demonstration.
