摘　　要：目的:检索、评价并整合有关肿瘤病人中性粒细胞减少性发热的非药物预防及管理的最佳证据。方法:系统检索国内外相关指南网站、数据库以及专业学会网站中关于肿瘤病人中性粒细胞减少性发热非药物预防及管理的临床决策、指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价及Meta分析等。检索时限为建库至2023年9月30日。结果:共纳入20篇文献,包括临床决策5篇,指南11篇,专家共识4篇。从风险评估、感染预防与控制、健康教育、随访与监测4个方面总结了37条证据。结论:总结的肿瘤病人中性粒细胞减少性发热非药物预防及管理的最佳证据可为临床医护人员提供循证依据,从而规范化管理肿瘤病人中性粒细胞减少性发热。Objective:To retrieve,evaluate,and integrate the best evidence on non-drug prevention and management of febrile neutropenia in cancer patients.Methods:Clinical decisions,guidelines,evidence summaries,expert consensus,systematic reviews,and Meta-analyses on non-drug prevention and management of febrile neutropenia in cancer patients were systematically retrieved from relevant guideline websites,databases,and professional association websites in China and abroad.The search period was from database establishment to September 30,2023.Results:A total of 20 articles were included,including 5 clinical decision-making articles,11 guidelines,and 4 expert consensus articles.A total of 37 pieces of evidence were summarized from 4 aspects:risk assessment,infection prevention and control,health education,and follow-up and monitoring.Conclusions:The best evidence summarized for non-drug prevention and management of febrile neutropenia in cancer patients could provide evidence-based basis for clinical medical staff,so as to standardize the management of febrile neutropenia in cancer patients.
