摘　　要：目的:基于渥太华决策支持框架构建扁桃体伴腺样体肥大患儿家属决策辅助工具,为患儿家属参与治疗决策时提供及时、有效的支持与引导。方法:采用质性访谈法和文献分析法构建扁桃体伴腺样体肥大患儿家属决策辅助工具初版,通过两轮专家函询对决策辅助工具初版进行修订,以便利抽样法选取7名病人家属参与用户评估,参照病人决策辅助工具国际质量评价标准对决策辅助工具修订版进一步完善,形成最终版。结果:两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,权威系数分别为0.975和0.977,两轮专家函询肯德尔协调系数分别为0.215和0.273(P<0.001);7名受访用户决策辅助工具实用性、易用性、可接受性、可理解性4个维度评分分别为(4.86±0.38)分、(4.00±1.00)分、(3.57±0.54)分、(4.14±0.90)分,对决策辅助工具呈现形式进行用户体验整合,最终形成包括3个一级条目、8个二级条目、30个三级条目的扁桃体伴腺样体肥大患儿家属决策辅助工具终版,并以电子画册和网页版的形式呈现。结论:扁桃体伴腺样体肥大患儿家属决策辅助工具内容直观、获取便捷,可为患儿家属提供决策支持,减少决策冲突,提高就医体验和病人满意度。Objective:To build decision-making support tool for the family members of children with hypertrophy of tonsils combined with adenoid hypertrophy based on the Ottawa decision-making support framework,and to provide timely and effective support and guidance for the family members of children to participate in treatment decision-making.Methods:The qualitative interview method and literature analysis method were used to construct the first version of the decision-making support tool for the family members of children with hypertrophy of tonsils combined with adenoid hypertrophy.The first version of the support decision-making tool was revised through two rounds of expert correspondence.A total of 7 family members were selected by the convenient sampling method to participate in the user evaluation,and the international quality evaluation standards of patient auxiliary decision-making tools were referred to the revised version,then formed the final version of decision-making support tool.Results:During the two rounds of expert correspondence,the effective recovery rate was 100%.The authority coefficients were 0.975 and 0.977 respectively.And the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.215 and 0.273,respectively(P<0.001).The four-dimensional scores of practicality,ease of use,acceptability,and understandability of the decision-making support tools among the 7 family members were(4.86±0.38)points,(4.00±1.00)points,(3.57±0.54)points,and(4.14±0.90)points respectively.The user experience of the presentation form of decision-making support tools was integrated.The final version of the decision-making support tools for the family members of children with hypertrophy of tonsils combined with adenoid hypertrophy was formed with 3 first-level items,8 secondary-level items,and 30 third-level items.The formed decision-making support tool presented in the form of electronic albums and web versions.Conclusions:The formed decisionmaking support tool for the family members of children with hypertrophy of tonsils combined with ad
