摘　　要：根据A医院的具体情况,采取理论与实际操作并行的策略,通过多轮的需求调查研究,深入探讨以往医院人事档案管理过程中存在的亟待解决的问题,同时针对新的挑战,准确全面定义涵盖所有模块的人力资源管理系统的业务需求,明确系统目标和功能,构建出一套完整的人力资源管理系统,不仅将纸质档案完全实现电子化,而且将丰富职工电子档案,实现职工职业生涯的全生命周期管理。Based on the specific situation of hospital A,a strategy of parallel theory and practical operation is adopted.Through multiple rounds of demand investigation and research,the urgent problems that need to be solved in the past hospital personnel file management process are deeply explored.At the same time,in response to new challenges,the business requirements of the human resource management system covering all modules are accurately and comprehensively defined,the system goals and functions are clarified,and a complete human resource management system is constructed.Not only will paper files be fully digitized,but also electronic files of employees will be enriched to achieve full lifecycle management of their careers.
