摘  要:受地形、既有线通行等复杂因素影响,少部分桥梁梁板安装无法采用常规方法施工,必须综合梁板结构、施工时机及施工机械组合等各种影响因素进行最佳方案选择。基于以上背景,依托武西直通线跨汉宜铁路特大桥96m钢桁梁施工,研究采用步履式顶推法进行钢桁梁安装作业,总结了拼装平台和顶推平台支架体系、钢桁梁及导梁拼装、钢桁梁顶推施工技术,可为类似梁板施工提供借鉴参考。Due to complex factors such as terrain and existing line traffic,a small number of bridge beam and slab installations cannot be constructed using conventional methods.It is necessary to comprehensively consider various influencing factors such as beam and slab structure,construction timing,and construction machinery combination to select the best solution.Based on the above background,relying on the construction of the 96m steel truss bridge spanning the Wuhan-Yichang Railway on the Wuxi through line,this study adopts the walking top pushing method for the installation of steel truss beams.The assembly platform and top pushing platform support system,steel truss beam and guide beam assembly,and steel truss beam top pushing construction technology are summarized,which can provide reference for similar beam and slab construction.
