摘  要:针对现有检测技术难以精准识别混凝土内部缺陷的难题,本研究提出了一种基于声波与电磁波融合的无损检测方法。通过构建钢管-混凝土界面信号传输修正模型,结合改进的时频域联合分析方法,对空洞、裂缝及离析等典型缺陷进行高精度定位与分类。实验设计12组不同缺陷参数的试件,收集240组多维物理场数据,并开发智能分类算法。结果表明,该方法缺陷定位误差±3mm,分类准确率97.5%,较传统方法提升18.9%,且在工程应用中显著缩短检测周期40%。In response to the difficulty of accurately identifying internal defects in concrete using existing detection technologies,this study proposes a non-destructive testing method based on the fusion of sound waves and electromagnetic waves.By constructing a signal transmission correction model for the steel pipe concrete interface and combining it with an improved time-frequency domain joint analysis method,high-precision positioning and classification of typical defects such as voids,cracks,and segregation are carried out.12 sets of specimens with different defect parameters are designed and 240 sets of multidimensional physical field data are collected,and an intelligent classification algorithm is developed.The results show that this method has a defect localization error of±3mm,a classification accuracy of 97.5%,an improvement of 18.9%compared to traditional methods,and significantly shortens the detection cycle by 40%in engineering applications.
