摘　　要：目前中国已步入人口老龄化社会,在绿色建筑发展背景下,研究绿色养老建筑的建设与评价具有重要意义。文章通过梳理国内外绿色建筑发展现状,采用专家调查法和层次分析法,针对西安市老年人口及社会背景,构建了一套绿色养老建筑评价指标体系,以期为西安市绿色养老建筑的发展及评价提供相关理论基础与实践参考。At present,China has entered a population aging society,and it is of great significance to study the construction and evaluation of green buildings for the elderly in the context of green building development.This paper sorts out the current situation of green building development in China and abroad,adopts the expert survey method and analytic hierarchy process,and then constructs a set of assessment system for green buildings for the elderly according to the elderly population and social background in Xi’an.It aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the development and evaluation of green buildings for the elderly in Xi’an.
