摘 要:在光热性能导向下,为解决办公建筑表皮设计在方案阶段面临的多目标性与循环试错性难题,文章基于Grasshopper参数化平台进行建模和性能模拟,利用非支配排序遗传算法建立多目标优化设计流程。以南京市办公建筑为例,提取表皮设计参数和外围护构造类型作为优化变量进行多目标优化实验,获得Pareto前沿解集。相对于基准方案,三者权衡的优化方案中,建筑能耗降低10.7%,热舒适不满意者百分比降低9.4%,有效天然采光百分比提高5%。Under the guidance of photothermal performance,in order to solve the problems of multi-objectives and cyclic trial and error in the scheme stage of the skin design for office buildings,this paper conducted modeling and performance simulation based on Grasshopper parametric platform,and established multi-objective optimization design process by using non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm.Taking the office buildings in Nanjing as an example,the paper extracts the design parameters of the skin and the type of the outer protection structure as optimization variables to carry out multi-objective optimization experiments,and obtains the Pareto frontier solution set.Compared with the benchmark scheme,in the optimization scheme balancing the three,the energy consumption of the buildings is reduced by 10.7%,the percentage of thermally dissatisfied persons is reduced by 9.4%,and the percentage of effective natural light is increased by 5%.
