基于网络评论的京张铁路遗址公园空间感知研究

摘  要:网络数据盛行的背景下,在线评论使用户可以在网络媒体发布报道内容,并可以通过数据挖掘技术从评论中提取信息。本研究使用网络爬虫收集在线评论,以北京京张铁路遗址公园为例,对工业遗产改造进行使用后评价。采用词频分析、内容分析和情感分析、语义网络分析来研究高频词与其之间的潜在联系,利用潜在狄利克雷分布来揭示评论的维度。结论如下:①用户对公园铁路主题及相关元素感知最为深刻,“枕木”“石子路”与“铁轨段”饱含铁路时代印记。②大多数用户对公园呈积极情感,对园区服务设施与园区体验有较高满意度。③语义网络结构呈现出中心密集向四周扩散态势,中心层主要表现铁路主题的特色空间形象。④园区空间用户使用者多为中年人、老年人与儿童,其行为活动种类多为休憩、健身与玩耍。In the context of the prevalence of online data,online comments are the content of the reports posted by users in the era of online media and can be used to extract information through data mining techniques.In this paper,online reviews were collected with web crawlers to conduct post-occupancy occupation on the industrial heritage after renovation by taking Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway Park as an example.Word frequency analysis,content analysis and sentiment analysis,and semantic network analysis were used to study the potential connections between high-frequency words and their connections,and the latent Dirichlet allocation was used to reveal the dimensionality of the comments.The conclusions are as follows.①Users have the most profound perception of the park’s railroad theme and related elements,and“sleepers”,“stone road”and“railroad track section”contain the imprint of the railroad era.②Most users have positive feelings towards the park,and are highly satisfied with the park service facilities and the park experience.③The semantic network structure shows a trend of spreading to the surroundings frim the dense center,and the center layer mainly expresses the characteristic spatial image of the railroad theme.④The users of the park space are mostly middle-aged people,the elderly and children,and their behavioral activities are mostly leisure,fitness and playing.
