摘　　要：微生物在农业领域的应用日益广泛,微生物技术已成为农业生产的又一次“绿色革命”。农业微生物产业逐渐成为战略性新兴产业之一,在改善耕地土壤质量、保障国家粮食安全中发挥着重要作用。我国农业微生物产业发展基础坚实而多元,为高质量推动农业可持续发展迈向新高度提供了保障,但仍面临微生物资源信息基础不牢、核心技术支撑能力不足、政策法规保障体系不健全等问题。“十五五”时期乃至未来一定时期,迫切需要采取更加有效的多元措施,促进农业微生物产业的发展,进而助力实现农业的高质量发展。为此,应加强国家顶层设计,引领农业微生物产业发展的方向;建立微生物资源数据库,夯实农业微生物产业发展的基础;开展关键技术创新研究,强化农业微生物产业发展的支撑;建立健全政策法规体系,筑牢农业微生物产业发展的保障。The application of microorganisms in agriculture is becoming increasingly widespread,and microbial technology has become another“green revolution”in agricultural production.The agricultural microbial industry has gradually become one of strategic emerging industries,playing a role in improving the soil quality of cultivated land and ensuring national food security.The development foundation of China's agricultural microbial industry is solid and diverse,providing a guarantee for the high-quality and sustainable agricultural development.However,it still faces problems such as a weak information foundation of microbial resources,insufficient support from core technologies,and an incomplete policy and regulatory guarantee system.During the 15th Five-Year Plan period and even in the future,it is urgent to adopt more effective and diverse measures to promote the development of the agricultural microbial industry,thereby helping to achieve high-quality agricultural development.China should strengthen the top-level design to guide the direction,establish a microbial resource database to solidify the foundation,carry out research on the innovation of key technologies to strengthen the support,and build a sound policy and regulatory system to strengthen the guarantee for the future development of the agricultural microbial industry.
