摘  要:目的 研究等离子体射流装置对物体表面的杀菌效果及影响因素,指导其在医疗器械消毒中的应用。方法 依据《消毒产品检测方法》WS/T 10009—2023,通过载体定量杀菌实验,模拟等离子体射流装置对不同材料表面致病菌的杀灭作用,并比较不同作用距离和不同作用时间的杀菌效果。通过现场实验,进一步验证该装置在医疗器械表面的消毒效能。以杀菌对数值为主要评价指标。结果 等离子体射流装置作用时间固定为1 min,距染菌载体1、2、3 cm,其杀菌效果随作用距离缩短而增强。作用距离固定为1 cm,分别作用2、2、4和10 min时,对载体表面大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀菌对数值>3.00,其杀菌效果随作用时间延长而增强。不同材质载体表面杀菌效果强弱依次为金属>塑料>玻璃>布片;不同医疗器械表面杀菌效果强弱依次为外科镊子>玻璃输液瓶>病例夹>血压计袖带。在距离物体表面1 cm、作用6 min时,该装置可杀灭4种医疗器械表面自然菌(平均杀菌率>99.99%)。结论 等离子体射流装置对常见细菌、真菌及其芽孢均具有快速杀灭效果,其作用强弱受作用距离、作用时间、载体材质等因素影响。OBJECTIVE To investigate the sterilization effect of a plasma jet device on the surface of objects and the influencing factors,and to guide its application to the disinfection of medical devices.METHODS In accordance with the"Test methods of disinfection products"WS/T 10009-2023,the effects of the plasma jet device on path-ogenic microorganisms on the surfaces of different materials were simulated by the carrier quantitative sterilizing tests,and different souse-sample distances and exposing durations were compared;the sterilizing effects on the surfaces of medical instruments was further verified by field tests.The logarithmic values were used as the main e-valuating index.RESULTS On condition that the plasma jet device performed for 1 minute and was 1,2,3 cm,re-spectively,away from the infected carriers,its bactericidal performance raised with the distance shortening.On the condition that the device worked lcm away and for 2,2,4 and 10 min,respectively,the average bactericidal logarithmic value of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,and Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores on the surfaces of the carriers exceeded 3.00,and the bactericidal effect was enhanced with the prolonged duration.The bactericidal effects on the surfaces of different material carriers in the descending sequence were metal>plastic>glass>fabric,and on the surface of different medical devices was surgical forceps>glass infusion bottles>medical record files>blood pressure cuff sleeves.At lcm from the surfaces of medical instruments for 6 minutes,the device could kill four kinds of natural bacteria(the average sterilization rate>99.99%).CONCLUSION The plasma jet device has rapid bactericidal effects on common bacteria,fungi and their spores,and the bactericidal efficacy can be influenced by the distance,duration,the materials of the carriers and other factors.
