摘　　要：目的 “X疾病”的应对准备成为全球各国高度关注的热点问题,了解医疗机构如何开展应对准备工作,具有重要的现实意义。方法 采取文献查询、总结分析等方式,结合研究团队的工作经验,对“X疾病”的特点及其应对准备等方面进行系统阐述。结果 本文阐述了“X疾病”的特点与危害,系统梳理了医疗机构在应急防控方面存在的挑战和影响因素,归纳总结综合应对策略与措施,以应对准备工作的确定性防控“X疾病”大流行的不确定性,有助于为医疗机构未来的“X疾病”应对准备和生物安全能力建设提供参考依据。结论 医疗机构作为传染病的前沿哨点、救治场所和高危传播枢纽,未来在应对“X疾病”大流行工作中发挥着不可替代的关键作用。提前确保防控原则、应急预案、人力资源、医疗救治、感染控制、后勤保障等各项防控工作的确定性,才能有效地应对“X疾病”的不确定性。OBJECTIVE The preparedness for"Disease X"pandemic has become global concerns for countries a-round the world,to understand how it was carried out in medical institutions has great practical significance.METHODS This study elaborated systematically on the characteristics of"Disease X"and preparedness measures by means of integration of the literature reviews,summarization and analysis in the experiences of our research team.RESULTS This paper elaborated on the characteristics and potential hazards of"Disease X",systematically reviewed the challenges and influence factors for medical institutions on the prevention and control of emergency and summarized the comprehensive response strategies and measures to prepare for uncertain pandemic of"Disease X"with the certainty of preparedness,which provided references for future preparedness of"Disease X"and the construction of biosafety capabilities in healthcare institutions.CONCLUSIONS As the front-line sentinels,rescue sites and high-risk transmission hub for infectious disease,medical institutions play an irreplaceable role in respon-ding to the pandemic"Disease X"in the future.Only by ensuring the certainty of prevention and control measures such as prevention and control principles,emergency schemes,human resources,medical treatments,infection control,and logistics guarantees,we can effectively respond to the uncertainty of"Disease X".
