摘  要:目的 调查传染病智能化识别监测预警系统的应用效果。方法 本研究分析2022年1月1日-2023年12月31日经医院上报至国家疾病预防控制中心的传染病报卡数据,分析北京籍患者传染病报卡情况。使用R4.3.3软件,分别对2022年和2023年的传染病患者基本信息,不同传染病人数和订正卡比例进行分析。结果 2022年与2023年传染病系统就诊的北京籍患者数分别为346 852例和362 966例。排除新型冠状病毒肺炎,2022年和2023年检出人数最多的传染病均是流行性感冒,分别为253.71/100 000人和991.00/100 000人,>30~50岁占比最高。结论 优化传染病上报系统后,医院对性别、年龄段的人群和主要病种的识别能力增强,监测预警灵敏度增加,传染病报卡信息的真实性和准确性增加,上报工作的效率和质量得到提升,说明优化后的传染病预警监测系统对临床传染病管理有一定作用。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of an intelligent infectious disease recognition and early warn-ing monitoring system.METHODS This study analyzed infectious disease report card data from Beijing patients re-ported to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention from Jan.1,2022,and Dec.31,2023.The anal-ysis focused on the status of infectious disease report cards.Using R software,we examined and compared the basic information of infectious disease patients,incidence rates,and correction card ratios for different infectious diseases in 2022 and 2023.RESULTS The number of Beijing patients reported by the infectious disease system in 2022 and 2023 was 346852 and 362966,respectively.Excluding COVID-19,the most detected infectious disease in the hospitals in 2022 and 2023 was influenza,with incidences of 253.71 per 100000 people and 991.00 per 100000 people,respectively.The most common age group among detected cases was between 30 and 50 years old.CONCLUSIONS After optimization the infectious disease reporting system,hospitals'ability to identify different demographic groups and major diseases was enhanced,leading to increased sensitivity in monitoring and early warning.The accuracy and reliability of infectious disease report card information improved,resulting in greater efficiency and quality of reporting.This suggests that the optimized infectious disease early warning monitoring system positively impacts on clinical infectious disease management.
