摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展,算法推荐已经成为影响大学生道德认知的新变量,在助力大学生道德认知能力的技术性增强的同时,易引起大学生道德认知的偏差,产生算法推荐对道德认知的操控。算法推荐对大学生道德认知的影响和操控,是一个从符号到情感、判断、认同逐渐植入的过程,呈现出从知觉、感觉向理性和记忆逐渐延伸的态势,使大学生道德主体意识受到严重削弱,给立德树人目标达成带来了巨大挑战。为此,既要充分重视算法推荐的道德认知价值,又要从算法推荐影响大学生道德认知的要素入手,以大学生算法素养的提升科学驾驭算法,以技术、法律、伦理“三措并举”有效规制算法,以主流价值引领算法,推动算法推荐技术朝着有利于大学生道德认知的方向发展,服务于立德树人的根本目标达成。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,algorithm recommendation has become a new variable that affects the moral cognition of university students.It not only contributes to the technical enhancement of university students'moral cognition ability,but also triggers deviations in their moral cognition,resulting in the manipulation of moral cognition by algorithm recommendation.The influence and manipulation of algorithm recommendation on the moral cognition of university students is a process of gradual implantation from symbols to emotions,judgments,and identification,showing a trend of gradually extending from perception and sensation to rationality and memory,which seriously weakens the moral subject consciousness of university students and poses serious challenges to achieving the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people.To this end,it is necessary to fully value the moral cognitive value of algorithm recommendation,and start from the elements that affect the moral cognition of university students in algorithm recommendation.Specifically,by improving the algorithm literacy of university students to scientifically control algorithm;effectively regulating algorithm through a combination of technology,law,and ethics;and leading algorithm through mainstream values.Thus,it promotes the development of algorithm recommendation technology in a direction that is conducive to the moral cognition of university students,and achieves the fundamental goal of establishing morality and cultivating people.
