摘  要:以一种新型低成本钛合金TC4LCA为研究对象,通过V型件弯曲实验,研究成形温度、保压时间以及弯曲半径对TC4LCA钛合金V型件成形精度、微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:弯曲半径为t时随着成形温度从700℃升高至800℃、保压时间从5 min增加至25 min,弯曲构件的回弹角从16′减小至0′,壁厚减薄率从2.6%增大至5.8%,维氏硬度与强度均有小幅降低,性能均达到了母材的90%;在成形温度为750℃、保压时间为15 min的条件下,随着成形弯曲半径从2.0t减小至0.5t时,构件壁厚减薄率从2.3%增加至6.7%,回弹角从2′增大至9′。该研究成果可为低成本TC4LCA钛合金V型件热弯曲工艺参数的合理设计提供依据,在保证钛合金构件服役性能的同时,降低成本以拓展其应用范围。For a new type low-cost titanium alloy TC4LCA,the influences of forming temperature,holding time and bending radius on the forming accuracy,microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4LCA V-shaped parts were studied by bending experiments of V-shaped parts.The results show that with the increasing of forming temperature from 700℃ to 800℃and holding time from 5 min to 25 min at bending radius of t,the springback angle of the bent part decreases from 16'to O',and the wall thickness reduction rate increases from 2.6%to 5.8%.The Vickers hardness and strength both decrease slightly,and the performance reaches 90%of the base material.Under the condition of forming temperature of 750℃ and holding time of 15 min,when the bending radius decreases from 2.Ot to 0.5t,the wall thickness reduction rate of the part increases from 2.3%to 6.7%,and the springback angle increases from 2'to 9'.The research results provide a basis for rational design of hot bending process parameters for low-cost TC4LCA titanium alloy V-shaped parts,and reduce the costs while ensuring the service performance of titanium alloy parts to expand their application range.
